US SHIPPING
  • At GET DRESSED 2 shipping is FREE on all domestic orders over $150.
  • A Flat rate of $12 will apply on domestic orders $150 and under.
  • All US orders are shipped USPS PRIORITY 1-3 day and include tracking that will be emailed to you upon shipping. ALL shipping times are based on business days.
  •  Orders over $500 will require signature confirmation at delivery, at no extra cost, for your security. We do our best to ship within 1-2 days and you will be notified of shipping,  as well as any extended delays. If you do not receive shipping confirmation email us at  info@getdressed2.com    
  • If your shipping tracking number confirms delivery, but you have not received your package, please contact your carrier or postal delivery. We will do our best to help you sort it out, but we will not be responsible for refund or replacement shipments where tracking comfirms delivery.                                                

                                                                     

INTERNATIONAL  SHIPPING  

  • Shipping includes confirmation/ tracking/signature
     
  • Packages are shipped USPS priority or express international. Our rate is $48 for the first item and $9 for each additional item. Please contact us for more information. 
  • International buyers are responsible for all additional duties and taxes. We will not, under any circumstance, falsify the value of your package
  • RETURNS on international items will be issued a store credit for merchandise only.  International orders may be returned via your preferred method of shipping as well and buyers are responsible for all costs associated with returning the item to the U.S.
  • SHIPPING TO CANADA?  $32 for the first item and $8 per item after.
  •  We are currently unable to ship to Russia or the Middle east. Please email us with any questions. We apologize for any inconvenience.

RETURNS

We want you to completely love our collections and in general, we are pretty easy to get along with if you follow a few simple requests and of course reach out if you have a question or concern.

Regular Priced and Sale Returns

  • Stocked Merchandise may be returned for a refund if return postmarked within 5 working days of Receipt/Delivery confirmation (domestic shipments only).  All original tags attached,unworn,free of perfume or odors. Please contact us for a return authorization prior to returning,here
  • RETURN REQUEST 
  • It may take up to 24 hours to receive your RA please be patient. 
  • MERCHANDISE returned without an RA will not be refunded but will be issued a store credit. We suggest that you return your items via USPS PRIORITY w/delivery confirmation or the carrier of your choice that includes tracking. We are happy to extend a Store Credit for all others including merchandise posted AFTER 5 days.
  • We may apply a restocking fee of up to 30-50% for declined delivery, misaddressed delivery, merchandised returned without an RA, or in damaged condition.
  • Original Shipping is deducted from all orders returned in entirety. 
  • No returns/exchanges/credits/refunds for merchandise returned after 30 days.
  • ALL merchandise purchase with discount codes totaling 30% or more off are a FINAL SALE under our guidlinesand are returnable for store credit only.  
  • Buyers are responsible for return shipping cost. All items are assessed for damage or wear and tags upon return. Restocking Fee may apply. 
  • Your return will be processed within 7-10 business days  of delivery to GD2. You will receive an email with return confirmation and the refund/merchandise credit  total when the return is complete. All refunds, as of Feb 1 2020, will have a restocking fee of 3% assesed due to customary bank charges on returns. If you wish to avoid this charge, consider a store credit, especially if you are returning for and exchanged size/color. Please note that you would like an exchange or store credit when you request your return.  Please reach out with any questions about this policy.

EXCHANGES

We currently do not process exchanges per se. You may submit a return for a merchandise credit, and then process a new order. We are happy to hold a requested size for exchange.                   

SPECIAL ORDERS

  • We are delighted to find and order items not listed on our website but please understand that these items have been ordered especially for you and they will not be refunded. Overstocked special orders generally take 5-7 days and custom special orders can take up to 8 weeks. In some cases, we will extend a merchandise credit or exchange for in stock items and this policy depends on the manufacturer. Please contact your stylist with any questions. THANK YOU for choosing wisely!
  • All Special Orders are subject to shipping charge.
  • If we are unable to fill your special order request we will refund your purchase in full.
  • SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE we would be happy to extend a return merchandise credit,in some cases, that can be used on IN STOCK merchandise, not on additional special orders.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

Order online through our secure Shopping cart. Credit cards are charged at the time of order and we use PAYPAL as our gateway for ALL types of payments, to keep your information safer. We DO NOT personally store your credit information and all data online is encrypted automatically. PAYPAL will always be "bubbled" as your payment choice but  you may use VISA,MC,AMEX, cash,echeck or your paypal account as you complete the payment process. You may check out as a guest on PAYPAL or it's easy to open an account.  A sales tax of 10% applies for state of California sales only.
